Guangdong Hongxing Precision Technology Corp. incorporated in Nov. 2009, as an innovation-oriented enterprise focusing on GDC and LPDC, it enjoy the perfect location and convenient transportation in the State-level scenic city of Zhaoqing, Guangdong province, the scale and strength are within the top in China. The factory covers an area of 65,000 m2 and is equipped with the advanced key production and testing equipments of more than 200 sets, some of them are Variable-angle rock-over GDC machine and Full automatic robot casting line which take a leading position in the industry, other equipment such as High precision machining center, Heat treatment furnace, Impregnation line, CMM, Fatigue testing machine, Full automatic X-ray inspection machine, Metalloscope, Spectrometric analyzer etc. Currently it has an annual output ability of 15,000 tons of Al GDC parts.
At present there are about 500 employees in the company; among them 180 are production, technology, R & D personnel with more than 10 years of working experience in Japanese foundry. The PMC and Technology departments are managed by Japanese experts. FEA analysis and Fatigue test are carried out during the design stage for customers’ products, Any-casting software is used for mold development, APQP process is strictly executed, and the high quality operation team provides full technical support with international standards and delivers a quality product beyond expectation, on time, within budget.
Strong technology with years of innovation makes it possible for the company to win the business with General Motors, Tesla, Paccar, Honda etc which are famous international car brands; it’s also the core supplier of Telecom brands such as Huawei and ZTE. Its products are used widely on Passenger vehicle, Commercial vehicle, New-energy-vehicle, Telecom-fastener, Mechanical and electrical equipment etc
