Special training on the criteria for determining major accident hazards in industrial and trade enterprises

      On the afternoon of July 6th, the General Management Department of Hongxing Technology organized a special training on the criteria for determining major accident hazards in industrial and trade enterprises. Zhu Xianyou, Deputy General Manager of Hongxing Technology, and Li Jiantong, Deputy General Manager, attended the training and delivered speeches. A total of 21 on-site department heads, section heads, and safety management personnel from various production areas participated in the training.

       This training will be conducted by the Comprehensive Management Department in conjunction with expert interpretation videos released on the official website of the National Emergency Management Department. The lectures will focus on the mechanical industry, dust explosion related fields, and limited space operations, with a focus on explaining the scope that our company may be involved in. The interpretation will be conducted from the aspects of standard requirements, relevant interpretations, accident cases, and exceptions.

      At the training meeting, Deputy General Manager Zhu Xianyou emphasized that firstly, it is necessary to carefully organize learning and promotion, accurately understand and master the standard content, including any internal safety management system, safety management regulations, judgment standards, etc., which should be thoroughly understood, and effectively improve the ability level of our company's management personnel to discover and solve problems; Secondly, it is necessary to check whether the company's emergency measures are sound, especially for the management of employees. It is required that all managers and employees not only have vigilance towards the environment, but also have safety awareness in daily life. It is hoped that all managers will pay more attention. Vice General Manager Li Jiantong stated that safety is the foundation of the company's production and development, and the company attaches great importance to it. The comprehensive management department in charge of safety at the company level is required to organize on-site departments to carry out special inspections. If there are any doubts about the professional judgment of regulations during the investigation process, they should be reported in a timely manner, and the company can seek support from other resources. Furthermore, it is required that the investigation work tasks be completed within this month, and the comprehensive management department will integrate the investigation situation summary report of each department to the management team.

      Through this training, the company's managers, on-site management leaders, and safety management personnel have gained an understanding and mastery of the identification and prevention measures of major accident hazards, clarified the key points of investigation and rectification of major accident hazards within the company, and improved the management personnel's ability to identify accident hazards and daily safety management.
