On June 15, 2023, Guangdong Hongxing Precision Technology Co., Ltd. welcomed the on-site inspection and in-depth communication of Gestamp Group, an important customer. As a highly internationalized global technology supplier, Gestamp is a Megacorporation focusing on the design, development and manufacturing of automotive metal components, which coincides with the purpose of Hongxing Technology.

During this visit, Gestamp Global Senior Procurement Manager respectively visited the large low-pressure casting machine group, double bench automatic cutting equipment, high-precision machining center and other process equipment of the new energy vehicle project of Guangdong Hongxing Precision Technology Co., Ltd. The large low-pressure casting machine group for the new energy vehicle project is suitable for a single piece with a maximum mold size of 2000MM × 1800MM × 850MM product production. This equipment is used to produce BYD and Gestamp subframe products, with a single product weight of 28kg. It is the largest product manufactured by the company at present.

With the investment of dual worktable automatic cutting equipment, Hongxing Technology can achieve an automated production process that matches from low-pressure casting equipment to automatic cutting equipment. This process achieves maximum intelligence and automation through processes such as automatic feeding devices, robotic arm cutting of gates, and automatic product output, while saving production space and improving production efficiency. With the transformation of the company's various processes towards intelligence and automation, the company plans to increase the automation coverage of the entire casting process by more than 80% in the future, in order to reduce the company's product costs and enhance its competitiveness.
