Six steps of hand washing | |
The vast majority of infectious diseases can be prevented by appropriate hand hygiene. In order to prevent respiratory infectious diseases, we should not only strictly prevent respiratory transmission, but also pay attention to hand cleaning and disinfection. Experts said that since influenza A virus can be transmitted through contact, it is best to wash hands with soap and warm water several times a day, especially in the affected areas. In real life, quite a few people do not develop good hand washing habits. There are even some misconceptions: some are too lazy to wash their hands, others use handkerchiefs and paper towels to wash them, others do not use soap and hand sanitizers, and some have just rubbed some foam to wash away immediately, which do not meet the basic requirements of scientific hand washing. To prevent influenza A (H1N1) and other infectious diseases, hand washing should follow six steps The first step is to rub hands and palms together (rub hands together for five times); The second step is to rub the fingers of hands (palm to back of hand, hands overlapping, left and right hands exchange for five times); The third step is to rub the palms of hands with the palms of hands and fingers (the palms of hands are staggered with ten fingers, five times of rubbing); The fourth step is to rub the palms of hands with fingertips, and the left and right hands are the same; Step 5: hold the thumb of the other hand in one hand and rub it with the same hands; Step 6: rub your fingertips against the palm of your hand or hold the wrist of the other hand with one hand, rotate and scrub, and the left and right hands are the same.
