Endless improvement, continuous encouragement

 

      The golden autumn season is full of fruits, and autumn is a harvest season. Recently, Hongxing Technology held a commendation meeting for workshop improvement proposals. This commendation meeting aims to commend outstanding teams who have made unremitting efforts in the improvement topic of  " endless improvement and continuous encouragement " and improvement projects that have achieved outstanding results. They work together We are committed to promoting lean improvements in the workshop and actively implementing the rectification plans with practical actions. The sum of these small proposals will lead to great improvements for the company.

      Li Wenkai, general manager of Hongxing Technology, delivered a speech at this commendation meeting. He first affirmed everyone's efforts to improve the project and set an example of teamwork and continuous improvement for the company. I encourage everyone to actively participate in submitting more improvement proposals. I hope that in the future work, everyone can continue to work hard and gradually improve the company's management level and technical capabilities through continuous improvement of the company's various department teams.

      A total of 16 improvement proposals were approved for this improvement project , including 8 for the processing department, 4 for the casting department , 3 for the equipment department , and 1 for the technology development department . The improvement projects covered efficiency improvement, process optimization, cost reduction, quality improvement, etc. Various aspects; after selection, a total of eight shortlisted project awards, seven outstanding project awards, and one outstanding project award were selected.

 

 

     Congratulations to the above award-winning projects and teams. The awards you have received are also the company's high recognition of your team's efforts. Each achievement demonstrates the innovative spirit and pragmatic style of the Hongxing Technology team.

     Through this commendation, we have strengthened the importance of improvement work, inspired more outstanding improvement teams and plans, and provided suggestions for the development of Hongxing Technology.
