This exercise simulated a special emergency drill for acute heatstroke and a comprehensive emergency drill for fire emergencies.

Scenario 1: At 13:30 in the afternoon, an employee in the casting position of the casting department of the simulation company suffered from acute heatstroke during high-temperature operation. During the discovery and rescue process of nearby employees, the person in charge of the casting department quickly organized workshop rescue work, transferred the patient to a ventilated and cool place, and provided on-site emergency rescue. Through internal coordination and cooperation within the workshop emergency team, patients receive timely treatment.

Simulation scenario 2: At 14:00, a fire occurs due to aluminum liquid leakage in the simulated casting workshop, and the fire is spreading. At the same time as calling 119 fire alarm number (inspection drill steps), firefighting is carried out. The Commander in Chief/Deputy Commander in Chief announced the launch of a three-level emergency response plan, organized the evacuation of personnel throughout the company, and simulated emergency rescue for employees injured during the evacuation process. Through multiple coordinated operations, the fire was quickly extinguished and the injured received timely treatment.

The emergency command center and emergency teams of each department of the company responded promptly in this exercise. After the fire alarm sounded, each department promptly organized the orderly evacuation of employees to a safe area, and a total of 265 employees were evacuated, taking only 3 minutes and 45 seconds. During the evacuation process, employees are generally serious and able to respond promptly in case of sudden accidents, and the escape speed is also higher than before.
